By booking a service with Max Sudz Auto Spa ("Max Sudz"), the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions, which will be considered a binding part of the contract for services rendered. These terms ensure transparency and outline our service expectations and commitments.
Max Sudz provides estimates based on the customer’s description of the vehicle's condition and the services requested. The final price is confirmed on-site after inspection by our detailing professionals. The estimate may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle or additional services requested.
If the cost of service will exceed the initial estimate, Max Sudz will notify you of the revised price before proceeding. You may choose to continue with the updated service or opt for a lower-tier service, priced according to the original estimate.
Max Sudz is committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service. A re-cleaning or touch-up will be offered on one of the next available business days, to be completed within 7 days of the original service.
Please note, all outstanding balances must be cleared before any re-cleaning service can be scheduled.
If a vehicle is in extreme condition (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or severe staining), Max Sudz may not be able to complete the service within the standard allotted time. We may suggest additional services or appointments to achieve the desired result. If this occurs, we will offer you a complimentary add-on service at your next appointment (excluding specialty services like odor elimination or heavy stain extraction).
Certain services are not included in our detailing packages, including:
Max Sudz currently services the greater Salt Lake City area. If a booking is made outside our standard service area, we may require a minimum service amount or the detailing of multiple vehicles to justify the travel. If additional vehicles are not available for detailing, a $50 administrative fee will apply.
Please ensure all personal items are removed from your vehicle before the appointment. Max Sudz is not responsible for lost items. Our team will do their best to collect any trash or personal items found during the detailing process and return them to you in a plastic bag.
Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You authorize Max Sudz to charge the card on file if no payment is made at the time of service. A late fee of $25 may be added to balances unpaid for over 14 days. If a card is on file, it may be charged for the full invoice after the service is completed.
Payments made via credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. We encourage our customers to consider cash or Venmo as alternatives to avoid this fee.
Max Sudz offers monthly subscription services for frequent detailing needs. If a customer cancels their subscription within the first 3 months, they will be charged for any discounts received, with the balance charged to the card on file.
All promotions, giveaways, or discounts are valid within our service area. These promotions are not sponsored by third-party platforms like Instagram or Facebook. Max Sudz will announce winners through its social media channels and directly contact them through text or email.
Customers are prohibited from hiring or soliciting Max Sudz team members for personal detailing services. Violation of this policy will result in the customer being flagged, and no further services will be provided. Max Sudz reserves the right to seek legal action for any breaches of this policy.
We understand that life happens, but cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 administrative fee.
For ceramic coating services, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This deposit secures the required products and reserves a 72-hour window for your vehicle. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment for ceramic coating, the deposit will be kept as an administrative fee.

Max Sudz’s liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction related to the services provided shall not exceed the total value of the service in question. In no case will Max Sudz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or reputational damage.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
You agree to waive any rights to participate in a class action lawsuit against Max Sudz. Disputes must be handled individually.
